1. Service Description

Veterans Record Review provides AI-assisted analysis of VA records — including Blue Button reports, C-Files, service treatment records, and VA decision letters — to help veterans identify potentially unrated conditions, secondary connections, and relevant next steps for VA disability claims. Analysis is delivered as an informational report.

2. Not Legal Advice

The analysis and reports generated by Veterans Record Review are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal advice, VA claims representation, medical advice, or any professional services regulated by law. Veterans Record Review is not an accredited VA claims agent, attorney, or Veterans Service Organization (VSO). Always review findings with an accredited VSO, claims agent, or VA-accredited attorney before filing any claim or taking legal action.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

We make no representations or warranties that:

• Any conditions identified in your report will result in a VA rating or benefits award
• The analysis is complete, accurate, or free of errors
• The analysis reflects current VA regulations, rating criteria, or M21-1 adjudication procedures
• Use of this service will affect the outcome of any VA claim or appeal

VA claims decisions are made solely by the Department of Veterans Affairs and are subject to VA regulations, evidence standards, and adjudication procedures outside our control.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment of the one-time analysis fee grants you access to one analysis session. Because the analysis is generated immediately upon submission, all sales are final. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your report, contact us at support@veteransrecordreview.com within 7 days and we will review your request.

5. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Documents

You represent that you are uploading your own VA records or records for which you are an authorized representative. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you upload belong to you and that you have the right to use this service on behalf of any veteran whose records you submit.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use this service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the analysis tool or its outputs commercially
• Submit documents containing false or fabricated information
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the service

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Veterans Record Review and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on any report generated. Our total liability for any claim arising from use of this service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the analysis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Veterans Record Review website, software, and analysis methodology are proprietary. Your uploaded documents remain your property. The analysis report generated from your documents is yours to use for your personal VA claims purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted on this page with an updated effective date.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate federal or state courts.
